With over forty years of experience in the Right of Way industry, Paul has worked in both the private sector and state government on a wide variety of projects including airport, highway, bridge, urban development, railway development, public works, and federal emergency management projects. Paul has served as International Right of Way Association (IRWA) President of Chapters 21, 26 and 76, and International Director and Professional Development Chairman of Chapter 26. He is also a qualified IRWA Instructor and an NC Registered Landman. Paul is a Managing Member of Gulf Coast, LLC, a North Carolina headquartered right of way firm.

Project Manager and Agent
Acquisition / Relocation

With nearly fifteen years of experience, Leah has provided acquisition, relocation, and project management services for State and City projects. Leah is able to analyze real estate appraisals, title reports, engineer drawings, and acquisition documents to accurately communicate project information to residential and commercial property owners for successful negotiations. She provides in-house training and guidance while meeting critical deadlines and project milestones. Leah is efficient, capable, and recognized for meeting project schedules without delay.

Right of Way Agent
Acquisition / Relocation

David provides real estate acquisition and relocation services on a wide variety of federal, state and local projects. David excels at records research, review and comparison of plats and plans, agent estimates of value, preparation of acquisition documents, and reports. In addition to completing these tasks, David specializes in technical program management, analysis, document control, and the design of presentations and materials.

Right of Way Agent
Acquisition / Relocation

Lynann provides real estate acquisition and relocation services, calculates replacement housing payments/move costs, and agent estimates of value for various state and local projects. She also reviews and compares plats/plans, researches parcel records, and prepares project documents. Organization techniques and ability to multitask make Lynann successful at completing multiple projects.
