Gulf Coast, LLC, formerly known as Gulf Coast Property Acquisition, Inc., has provided comprehensive Right of Way services to public-sector and private-sector clients since 1990. We are a woman-owned, North Carolina-based Right of Way firm, certified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) as a Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF) as well as certified by the City of Charlotte as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE). McMahan, SR/WA, RW-RS, RW-NAC, Managing Member of Gulf Coast, LLC, has served as President of IRWA Chapters 21, 26 and 76, as well as International Director and Professional Development Chairman of Chapter 26 and 76.
