The project included connecting missing sections of existing sidewalks with a six foot sidewalk and eight foot planting strips (where possible) along a busy road to improve pedestrian safety. This 13 parcel project’s improvements to the roadway support connectivity to the LYNX blue line – Sugar Creek Station and encourage transit-supportive development near the station. State Street Pedestrian Improvement

Rocky River Road West Streetscape

This project was comprised of 27 parcels to acquire permanent and temporary construction easements to upgrade Rocky River Rd West. This project provided sidewalks for pedestrian and bike lanes for connectivity to light rail facilities. As well as realigning sharp curves within the existing roadway to improve sight distances, along with turn lanes and lighting.
